Disclaimers and Terms of Use
Let's make this simple..
When I look at a disclaimer and it's just a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo it is a HUGE turnoff for me. I think, what are they trying to sneak in under my nose?
There will be none of that here!
Here is the deal... I'm sharing information that was tough and expensive to develop and test, and you are on this site to learn from my mistakes so that your learning curve is fast, simple and easy.
But, I don't know you and have no way to tell what your work ethic or level of focus and commitment is.
I cannot guarantee what your experience in the markets will be, and you should run away screaming from anybody who makes big promises to you...especially where money is concerned.
Trading is tough and boring and most people lose money and fail. The rewards can be fantastic, and that's what I want for you, but your success is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!
NEVER put one penny into a trading account that you are not willing to lose. Losses are normal and you will have to get good at risk management and be disciplined at following a trading plan or YOU WILL LOSE LOTS OF MONEY!
I'm here to help you avoid that, but it's ultimately your responsibility.
Clear?
In addition...I am an educator...not a licensed money manager, I don't manage money for others, I can't tell you what's an appropriate level of risk for your circumstances...I can't give tax advice...I trade my own account and have chosen to remain independent so that I can focus on what I do best...TRADING and TEACHING.
By consuming the info on this site, you agree to make your own choices and bear the profits and losses with your head held high. Because, once you master this skill and the markets become your playground, your life will change so dramatically that any and all work will have been more than worth it.
So there is no claim, warranty, guarantee that you will make money, is that clear enough?
I'm also focused on you and your results...I'll use simulated trades, stylized examples, and other tools to teach. I'm not here to show off or puff up my ego. I want YOU to get results, and that's my sole focus here. Judge me on what you see here and how well it translates to your experience. This is NOT a trading contest, results will vary and past performance is NOT indicative of future results.
You do you, and I'll help you get to a level of competency that will allow you to trade independently at a high level of skill...
Treat your fellow classmates with respect, and be warned that rudeness, offensive or hateful speech, trolling or other bad behavior will get you kicked out of our community and will forfeit any rights to a refund!
Be cool and we will all get along well and accomplish some amazing things together.
Now...The government requires me to copy and paste the following, so here it is!
The risk of loss trading Equities, Options, Forex (Foreign Exchange/Currency), Bonds, Commodities and Futures (herein referred to as "Financial Instruments") can be substantial. Trading Financial Instruments have large potential risks, in addition to any potential rewards. There is a high degree of leverage often associated with trading Financial Instruments because of the small margin requirements. The leverage can work against you as well as for you and can lead to large losses as well as large gains.
Before deciding to invest in or trade any Financial Instruments in any financial market, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in or trade any Financial Instrument in any financial market, as well as any form of financial trading/investing, and seek advice from an independent financial adviser if you have any doubts. All information posted on this website is of our opinion and potentially the opinion of our visitors, and may not reflect the full experience or potential both positive and negative. Please use your own good judgment and seek advice from a qualified consultant, before believing and accepting any information posted on this website.

Do not trade or invest with money you cannot afford to lose. This is neither a solicitation nor an offer to buy or sell commodities, futures, foreign currency, bonds, equities, options or any other financial interests. The use or placement of any stop-loss or stop-limit orders may not limit your losses and you could lose more than your intended amount of money at risk. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to any discussed here.

Any trades that you may take are strictly taken at your own risk. You should consult your broker or financial advisor before placing any such trades.
THE RISK OF LOSS IN TRADING ANY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS IN ANY FINANCIAL MARKET CAN BE SUBSTANTIAL, YOU SHOULD THEREFORE CAREFULLY CONSIDER WHETHER SUCH TRADING/INVESTING IS SUITABLE FOR YOU IN LIGHT OF YOUR FINANCIAL CONDITION.
U.S. GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DISCLAIMER:
Futures, commodities, Forex, bonds, stocks (equities), and options trading/investing is not appropriate for everyone. There is a substantial risk of loss associated with trading these markets. Losses can and will occur. No system or methodology has ever been developed that can guarantee profits or ensure freedom from losses. No representation or implication is being made that using any of the information provided will generate profits or ensure freedom from losses.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under or overcompensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight, no representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. There are numerous other factors related to the futures and commodity markets in general or to the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.
CFTC RULE 4.41 – HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM.
ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK IN ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO THE MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL OF WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS.
ALWAYS PRACTICE YOUR SKILL ON A DEMO PLATFORM BEFORE TRADING LIVE TO TEST YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITY TO TRADE RELIABLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO TRADE REAL MONEY LIVE. WHEN BEGINNING TO TRADE LIVE WITH REAL MONEY, ALWAYS START WITH THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF CAPITAL FIRST AND ADD TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN A REASONABLE MANNER AS YOUR RESULTS AND CIRCUMSTANCE ALLOWS, BASED ON YOUR RESULTS, GROWING EXPERIENCE LEVEL, PROFICIENCY, INTENTIONS AND PERSONAL GOALS. ALWAYS TAKE RESPONSIBLE, PRACTICAL, REALISTIC AND REASONABLE ACTIONS. NEVER OVEREXTEND YOURSELF OR TAKE ANY ACTION NOT APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SITUATION SHOULD YOU LOSE. NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SUCCESS, FAILURE, PROFIT OR LOSS BUT YOURSELF.
